Superintendent Welcome to 2025-2026
Dear Students and Families,
I am honored to officially step into the role of Superintendent of Leonia Public Schools. Serving this community has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my career, and I am committed to leading our district forward with purpose and care.
Over the past several days, I’ve been touched by the thoughtful messages and warm congratulations from staff, families, students, and community members. Your encouragement reinforces what I already know: Leonia is a special place. The sense of connection, shared purpose, and unwavering dedication to our students is what makes this district extraordinary, and I am grateful to be a part of it.
As we begin this next chapter, my promise is to lead with purpose, listen with care, and keep students at the heart of every decision, plan, challenge, and celebration. Your children deserve the very best, and I am committed to making sure they receive it.
It has been a busy and exciting summer as we’ve prepared for the 2025-2026 school year. We are eager to welcome students back and kick off what we know will be a year filled with growth, learning, and meaningful connections.
As we gear up for the school year, here are a few important Back-to-School Updates:
Back-to-School Resource Hub: Visit www.leoniaschools.org/back-to-school for a one-stop resource with reminders, forms, and important updates.
Wednesday, August 13: All Genesis Portals will open tomorrow, Wednesday, August 13. Look for an email from your building principal with your child’s schedule and more information.
ParentSquare: Make sure your app is updated and you are receiving messages. Check our ParentSquare page for FAQs and a “Tips & Tricks” guide.
Technology Help Desk: If you have issues with ParentSquare or Genesis, click here for information on how to submit a help desk ticket- our team will be happy to assist.
Thank you for your trust, your partnership, and your continued support.
Enjoy the rest of your summer. We look forward to seeing you in a few weeks.
