Promote a dynamic and inspirational learning environment that accommodates diverse skills and interests,
both inside and outside the classroom, and prepares students for a rapidly evolving world.

- Implement robust in-school programs for students of varying interests, including LHS electives, academies, course sequence, dual enrollment, and AP offerings, LMS cycle courses and content in courses, and ACS school-based programs and assemblies.
- Strengthen communication to promote available programs by exploring how to better use Parent Square to showcase information.
Steps to Complete:
2025-2026:
- Review current program offerings and identify expansion opportunities in STEM, arts, and career education. (Obj. 1)
- Establish Parent Square point of contacts throughout the district, including one admin per building and various staff members. (Obj. 2)
- Establish expectations for posting and showcasing information, including newsletters and website posts. (Obj. 2)
2026-2027:
- Develop a plan to improve based on review and analysis of programs listed. (Obj. 1)
- Develop stipend for building-based personnel to post and showcase information. (Obj. 2)
2027-2028:
- Begin implementation process. (Obj. 1)
- Train identified staff members as experts in the various communication features of Parent Square. (Obj. 2)
2028 and beyond:
- Analyze impact of new offerings and continue to improve. (Obj. 1, 2)
